CartUP – OSF Commerce’s Cart Recovery Cartridge for Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Meet CartUP – a cart abandonment cartridge developed by OSF Commerce for merchants that use Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Imagine a customer is shopping in your online store and adding items to their cart, but they decide to abandon your site. After an hour, CartUP will send out an email reminding the customer about their abandoned cart. A good number of customers will proceed to checkout and complete the purchase after this first email, but if they don’t – no worries, in three days, a second email is sent. The customer clicks on the link proceeds to checkout and completes their purchase. You can also review detailed reports including data on the number of abandoned and recovered carts, recovered revenue, the items in the cart, the status of the first and the second emails sent to the customer, and the value of each recovered cart.
